Our Luxury 4 star holiday homes overlook the marina and are fully serviced and equipped for up to nine people so are ideal for couples or the whole family.
Ground floor

Modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area leading to hall way with a down stairs cloakroom with washbasin and WC.
Lounge with ample seating, coffee table, 32'' wall mounted TV (with built in DVD
& Freeview). Patio doors leading to a partially covered decked area ideal for al
fresco dining whilst enjoying the stunning river and countryside views.
First floor
Master en-suite bedroom with king-sized bed, wall mounted TV, wardrobe and chest of draws. Patio doors leading to a balcony with stunning views over the meadow land and River Medina.
Second bedroom with double bed wall mounted TV, wardrobe and chest of draws.
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Second floor
Third bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of draws. Views of the river and countryside.
Fourth bedroom with single bed and bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of draws.
Outside
Lawn and decked area overlooking the marina with patio tables and chairs for
a relaxing drink or al fresco dining and fantastic sunsets.
Reserved parking for one car per holiday home (overflow car park for extra cars).
10 metre yacht mooring if required (for duration of holiday home rental only).
Must be pre booked.

Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
